Reporting into our IT Manager, we are looking for an IT Associate with a genuine interest in and existing knowledge of IT.

Working across our Business Solutions team and with stakeholders across the company, you will be the go to person for new recruit set up, troubleshooting and platform optimization.

You will have a natural problem-solving ability, a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. Enthusiastic and ready to learn and grow within a small, friendly team. You will work closely with the IT Manager to provide consistent and thorough support to the wider team. The IT Associate will be practical, and have excellent technical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial contact for reporting technical issues, and answering questions regarding upgrades, installations, and other software/hardware/network issues.
  • Supporting external users across our growing suite of client and partner software solutions.
  • Identify areas where we can improve our current tech stack, monitor software and licenses for inefficiencies whilst always looking for new platforms that can add value and optimize our processes.
  • Ensure all parties are aware of upcoming changes to the tech stack.
  • Identify potential outages and other problems (via information gathering, ticket trends, etc.) and communicate the information to Team Leads in a timely manner.
  • Set up user accounts and permissions on the organization's applications providing the necessary and approved access to end users.


Key skills / attributes:


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar IT Support role.
  • Experience administering SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud based computing.
  • Background working with multiple teams across the globe.
  • Strong stakeholder management with colleagues from all levels of the organization.
  • Able to talk about technology in simple terms.
  • Document and publish internal tech guides.

Nice to have:


  • Experience working with Google Workspace.
  • Troubleshooting both Windows and MacOS.
  • Worked across a global organization.
  • AV setup experience.
