About the Role
At the core of our certifications are our scorecards and algorithms that are used to assess buildings. These set the global standard of what best in class smart technology, internet and wireless connectivity is for all of us in the buildings we live and work in. The property and engineering industries rely on our standards to define their vision, execute on design, and improve the value of their buildings.
If you are passionate about technology and how it impacts each and every one of us, this is the place to put your ideas to work. A great candidate for this role will have experience in designing, deploying or managing smart, internet or mobile technology in the built environment. Perhaps you’ve experience working in:
- Smart or connectivity equipment design
- Smart, Internet, wireless or mobile service provision
- Engineering consultancy
- Property technology project management

The R&D Analyst will be responsible for the research and development of all of the technical components for one of our certifications for a new property sector. You’ll ensure WiredScore remains a market leader by defining and evolving what smart and digital technology means to the property industry and its technical advisory partners.
This role is part of the expansion of WiredScore’s Research & Development team and will be a key driver to the ambitious growth targets of the business.
Responsibilities
- Own the research and development of all technical features of one of our certification products including the scorecard and associated technical material
- Work closely with the product manager to ensure the certification as a whole provides maximum impact on the industry
- Educate the whole business on smart technology, internet and mobile connectivity and grow your position in the industry via the generation of WiredScore’s thought leadership
- Support the delivery of certifications by distilling your technical insight across our global Operations teams
