About the Role

With an industry leader at the helm as our Global Director of Product - Jules Barker, formerly Head of Smart Places for British Land - our product team and product suite are expanding to meet the needs of our customers and our rapidly growing business. Our team is organized by product across WiredScore (Office), SmartScore (Office), and WiredScore (Home).

Our products are our certifications, which are underpinned by the scorecard and features that support these. These products are supported by an internal management software solution which streamlines delivery by our operations and client success teams

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our WiredScore Home product, which measures and certifies internet connectivity in Multifamily Residential blocks globally, as well as to student residences and condos.

You will be the leader for this product at WiredScore, responsible for the success and evolution of the product globally, working closely with sales and client success teams, Ops teams, and with our in-house R&D team. The successful candidate for this role will think like a mini-CEO, or General Manager, obsessing over every way in which we can make our Home product as successful as it can be, including expanding the product’s scope beyond the 3 current focus areas into other adjacent asset classes

As the Senior Product Manager for WiredScore Home, you will:

  • Own the roadmap, delivery, and rollout for your product.
  • Become an expert on the needs of our clients and synthesize them into your roadmap.
  • Work with the Product, R&D, Tech, and Ops teams to define and build solutions, and the Marketing, Business Development, and Client Success teams to bring these solutions to market.
  • Coordinate the resourcing, prioritization, and delivery of products and features
  • Collaborate with tech/Dev teams to design and build product features
  • Be the internal expert on all elements of the ‘home’ market, and our certification product selling to it, including leading quarterly presentations to the Executive Committee to discuss the success and future strategic direction of the product
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of product output
  • This is a full-time position based in NYC, reporting to our Global Director of Product

  • You have 2-5+ years of professional experience in the North America multi-family home market
  • You understand the market landscape and how the economics of MF rental works
  • You can unpick commentary and feedback to identify underlying problems and challenges
  • You have a track record of solving tricky problems with innovative solutions
  • You know how to balance quick wins and bigger, more impactful pieces of work
  • You are excellent at stakeholder management
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • You are highly organized and structured
  • You understand product roadmaps and agile methodology
  • You are empathetic and can understand internal user and client needs
  • You have led initiatives involving cross functional teams
  • You are flexible and adaptable to changing environments
  • You can set a vision and have excellent communication skills
